TERMS OF SERVICE
Set out below are the terms on which LDR Aesthetics provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking.

You agree to receive messages and materials from us. If you would rather not receive messages or materials, simply notify us.

Appointments and Cancellations
We understand that the unexpected happens, however, if you wish to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or in person.

We reserve the right to request a deposit on future bookings for failure to attend a scheduled appointment, or if cancellation has not occurred withing 24 hours on a previous occasion.

Payments and refunds
We require payment in full at the time of treatment. We are unable to offer credit facilities.

Refunds can only be considered in the case of a fault with any products.

For some treatments, a small, non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from the total cost on completion of treatment.

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full prior to the first treatment. Treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of purchase. Treatments not taken after this time will be forfeited.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. LDR aesthetics are not responsible for lost or expired vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If during consultation, it is not deemed appropriate to offer treatment, you will not be liable for any costs.

Liability
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation requirements in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment.

The client agrees to comply with all post treatment advice and recommendations given to them by LDR aesthetics.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they provide LDR Aesthetics with all relevant medical details and/or changes in previous medical details. LDR Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the failure to disclose such details.

Bringing children to an appointment
We love children, however, for safety and insurance purposes we request that children under the age of 16 are not brought to clinic.

Complaints
We welcome feedback in order to improve our services. If you have a concern or complaint with any services or treatments received, we require you to contact us as soon as is practically possible in order for us to resolve any issues. In the case of a written complaint, we will respond within 5 working day.

LDR aesthetics will require a face-to-face review in the case of any dissatisfaction with treatments received. We are unable to resolve any issues remotely.

Failure to attend a review appointment will deem the complaint as being withdrawn, and no other action will be taken by LDR aesthetics.

Every reasonable and appropriate effort will be made by LDR aesthetics to resolve any complaints. If an agreement cannot be reached, our insurers will be notified.

This website is owned by LDR aesthetics. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
